Obituary of Richard J. Ganser

Richard J. Ganser July 19, 1966 - February 24, 2010 Richard J. Ganser, 43, of New Milford, beloved husband of Kelly (Jennings) Ganser, died on Wednesday, February 24th. He was born on July 19, 1966 in Danbury, cherished son of Marsha (Monroe) Ganser of Bethel, and the late Henry Ganser. He attended Bethel Schools and was a graduate of Henry Abbott Technical School, Class of 1984. Richard was a well known electrician in the New Milford area. He enjoyed fishing, NASCAR, and camping with his two sons. He was a devoted son, husband and father who loved being with his family. In addition to his wife, Kelly, and his mother, Marsha; he will be sadly missed by his two sons, Richard Jr., and Brayden; his three sisters, Brenda Asendorf of Sherman, Jennifer Ganser of Bethel, and Jessica Ganser of Bethel; as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services will be held at the Brookfield Funeral Home, 786 Federal Road, Brookfield, on Tuesday, March 2nd at 11:00am. Burial will follow in Center Cemetery, New Milford. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, March 1st between the hours of 6:00 and 8:00pm.
