Obituary of Shirley M. Flanagan

Shirley M. Flanagan September 17, 1933 - November 24, 2006 Shirley M. Flanagan, 73, of Angel Drive, longtime Waterbury resident, died at her home on Friday, November 24th. She was born in Danbury on September 17, 1933, daughter of the late Orrin V and Lillian M. (Tracy) Morrell. Mrs. Flanagan was a homemaker who lovingly maintained the family home. She will be greatly missed by her family, and friends. She is survived by her two sons, Mark Flanagan of Meriden and Howard Saunders of Nevada; her daughter, Lasetta Flanagan of Danbury; her grandchildren, Athena Saunders and Richard Saunders; her ten great grandchildren, Chantel, Zachary, and Tyler Flanagan, Logan Saunders, Raymond Gaines, Jr., Kyle and Carissa Flanagan, Christina Bouwmeester, Amanda Saunders, and McKayla Saunders. She is also survived by her brother, Gerald Morrell of Waterbury. Funeral Information There are no calling hours. The Cornell Memorial Home is in charge of arrangements. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
