Obituary of Paul Daniel Burdick

Paul Daniel Burdick February 08, 1929 - August 01, 2006 Paul D. Burdick, 77, of Laurel Hill Road, Brookfield, husband of the late Louise Dickey-Burdick, died at Danbury Hospital on Tuesday, August 1st. He was born in Brookfield on February 8, 1929, son of the late Paul D., Sr. and May (Ostrander) Burdick. He was a lifetime member of the Brookfield Community. Mr. Burdick worked as a heavy equipment operator for Union Metallic of Danbury. He enjoyed farm life and keeping cows. He continued to work on the farm until four years ago. He was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Brookfield. He is survived by his four children, Paula, Karen, Glenn and Kim; many grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Keith Burdick and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information There will be no formal funeral services or calling hours. The Brookfield Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
