Obituary of Rachel M. Wilson

Rachel M. Wilson November 13, 1928 - December 04, 2009 Rachel M. (Dunlap) Wilson, of New Fairfield, wife of the late Harvey E. Wilson, passed into Heaven at Danbury Hospital on Friday, December 4th. She was born in Pocono Pines, Pennsylvania on November 13, 1928, daughter of the late Arthur and Grace (Wagner) Dunlap. Mrs. Wilson worked as a manager for Burnell Pharmacy in New Fairfield. In both her professional and personal life, she wore many hats and had many interests. She was a talented cook and loved all animals. She will be sadly missed by her three daughters, Debra Wilson of New Fairfield, Jodie Rustigan and her husband, Robert, and Jocelyn Gebhardt and her husband, John of Port St. Lucie, FL; her seven grandchildren, Theresa Zaccone, Jennifer Spinello, Jason and Sean Gebhardt, Laura and Robbie Rustigan, and Kailyn Wilson; five great grandchildren; as well as her sister, Sue Siglin of Pocono Pines, PA. She was predeceased by her daughter, Pamela Spinello; her brothers, Arthur, Jr., Allen, Tom, Claire and Paul Dunlap; and her sisters, Dottie, Laura and Mary Dunlap. Funeral Information A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 8th at 12:30pm at St. Edward the Confessor Church in New Fairfield. Burial will follow in Mountain View Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Brookfield Funeral Home, 786 Federal Road, on Tuesday morning between 10:30 and 12:00pm.
