Obituary of Lillian Voller

Lillian Voller March 16, 1933 - February 28, 2007 Lillian (Wiedemann) Voller, age 73, wife of the late Jeannot Voller, died at the Danbury Hospital on Wednesday, February 28th, after a courageous battle with cancer. Lillian was born in Canton, Ohio, on March 16, 1933, daughter of the late Joseph and Maria (Drentwett) Wiedemann and graduated from Jamaica High School in Queens, NY. She lived in the Danbury area since 1950. Outside of work, she loved the beach, enjoyed tennis, gardening and later in life found her talent for painting with watercolors. Most people will remember our beautiful mother's smiling face behind the Clinique counter for more than 25 years at Reads, Jordan Marsh, G Fox, and Filenes. When asked what her secret was to looking so young she would reply, "Always moisturize and use plenty of sun screen!" Lillian is survived by her five children, Lauren Carter and her husband Phil of Winter Park, FL; Susan Voller and her significant other Martin Dinho of Danbury; Michelle McKenzie and her husband Bob of Danbury; Liz Outerbridge and her husband Kevin of Glen Rock, NJ; Eric Voller and his fiancé Carol Kreutzer of Danbury; her sister Ruth Madlener and her husband Tony of Boynton Beach, FL; her seven grandchildren, Robin, Scott and Jillian McKenzie, Erin, Logan and Collin Outerbridge, and Cole Carter; her niece Valerie McGee and nephew, Ronald Harrison as well as several grand nieces and grand nephews in the Danbury area. Funeral Information Funeral Services will take place on Friday, March 2, 2007 at 1:30pm at St. James Church, West Street, Danbury. Burial in St. Peter Cemetery will follow. There are no calling hours. The Cornell Memorial Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
