Obituary of Julius Szepsy

Julius Szepsy Sr. April 26, 1936 - November 14, 2005 Julius Szepsy, Sr., 69, of Brookfield, devoted husband of Maria (Somogyvari) Szepsy, died at Danbury Hospital on Monday, November 14th. He was born in Hungary on April 26, 1936, son of the late Zoltan and Gizela (Szendrey) Szepsy. He attended school in Hungary. Mr. Szepsy worked as a Maintenance Mechanic for Kimberly Clark. He was a dedicated husband, father and grandfather. In addition to his wife, Maria, he will be sadly missed by his son, Timothy Szepsy; his daughter, Maryann Mahavik of Harwich, MA.; his grandchildren, Ashley, Sean, and Tommy Mahavik, all of Harwich, MA. He is also survived by his two sisters, Elizabeth Szabo and Deborah Fodor, both of Hungary; as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. He was predeceased by his son, Julius Szepsy, Jr. Funeral Information Funeral Services will be held at the Brookfield Funeral Home, 786 Federal Road, Brookfied, on Saturday, November 19th at 10:00am. Burial in Central Cemetery will follow. The family will receive friends at the Brookfield Funeral Home on Saturday morning between the hours of 9 and 10am.
