Obituary of Lois Kathleen Sproule

Lois Kathleen Sproule March 20, 1904 - March 29, 2006 Lois "Kate" Sproule, 102, wife of the late Clarence Livingston Sproule, died at Candlewood Valley Health Care Center on Wednesday, March 29th. Mrs. Sproule was born in Sydenham, Ontario, Canada on March 20, 1904, daughter of the late William and Amberzina (Burley) Van Coughnett. She made her home in the United States in 1925. Mrs. Sproule made her home in Danbury since 1932. She worked for Bard-Parker in Groton Falls, and was employed there from 1931 until 1965. She will be sadly missed by her son, Clarence W. "Bud" Sproule and his wife, Phyllis of New Fairfield; her grandchildren, Leigh Anne Kulhay and her husband, Gerald, Gregory T. Sproule and his wife, Lori, James Sproule and his wife, Suzanne, and William B. Sproule and his wife, Elizabeth; her sixteen great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughter, Geraldine Masson. Funeral Information Funeral Services will be held at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Saturday, April 1st at 3:00pm. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday between the hours of 2:00pm and 3:00pm.
