Obituary of Frank R. Santi

Frank R. Santi Sr. March 29, 1936 - April 28, 2007 Frank R. Santi, Sr., 71, of Brookfield, devoted husband of Ann (Gray) Santi, died peacefully in his home on Saturday, April 28th. He was born in Brooklyn, NY on March 29, 1936, son of the late Frank R. and Sigrid (Kroenke) Santi. Mr. Santi was a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps, serving during peacetime. He made his home in Brookfield in 1973 and was a parishioner of St. Marguerite Bourgeoys Church. He was a self employed carpet mechanic. He was an avid fan of horse racing and enjoyed going to the O.T.B with his brother-in-law, Hugh McGuinness and his friend, Louie Cautero. In addition to his beloved wife of 46 years, Ann, he is survived by his son, Frank R. Santi, Jr. and his wife, Cristina of Annapolis, MD; his brothers, Richard Santi and his wife, Kay of St. George, UT, and William Santi and his wife, Linda of Sarasota, Fl; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister, Ruth LaBianca. Funeral Information A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, May 4th at 10:00am at St. Marguerite Bourgeoys Church. Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Brookfield Funeral Home, 786 Federal Road, Brookfield, on Wednesday, May 2nd between the hours of 2:00 - 4:00pm and 7:00 - 9:00pm; and on Thursday, May 3rd between 2:00 - 4:00pm and 7:00 - 9:00pm.
