Obituary of Elizabeth A. Ribisl

Elizabeth A. Ribisl October 25, 1970 - July 14, 2007 Elizabeth A. (Souppa) Ribisl, 36, of Chestnut Hill Road, Sherman, beloved wife of Richard Scott Ribisl, died at Danbury Hospital on Saturday, July 14th after a brief illness. She was born in New Milford on October 25, 1970, daughter of Robert A. and Elizabeth (Duncan) Souppa of Maine. She was a graduate of Danbury High School, Class of 1988. . Liz was a member of Faith Church in New Milford. She was a devoted Christian who faced each day with unwavering faith. Her life revolved around her love of the Lord, her husband, and the greatest miracle in life, her daughter, Summer. In addition to her parents and husband of 10 years, Scott, she is survived by her cherished daughter, Summer Faith Ribisl; her brother, David Souppa of Maine; her mother and father-in-law, Richard and Eloise Ribisl. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Eloise Stager and her husband Michael; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral Services will be held at Faith Church in New Milford on Friday, July 20th at 10:00am. Burial in North Cemetery, Sherman, will follow. The family will receive friends at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Thursday between the hours of 5:00 and 9:00pm.
