Obituary of Patricia Helen Parisi

Patricia Helen Parisi November 14, 1937 - June 08, 2006 Patricia Helen (O'Connor) Parisi, 68, of Pocono Road, Brookfield, wife of the late Kenneth Parisi, died at Danbury Hospital on Thursday, June 8th. She was born in the Bronx, NY on November 14, 1937, daughter of the late Lester and Elizabeth (Wagner) O'Connor. She was a graduate of Commerce High School in Yonkers. Mrs. Parisi was a devout Catholic and parishioner of St. Joseph Church, Brookfield. She loved to read and spend time with her family. She was well known and made many friends though her active membership at Danbury Hospital Cardiac Rehabilitation. She enjoyed her winters, in Fort Myers Beach, Florida, visiting her family and serving as Vice President of the Villa Del Mar Condo Association. She will be remembered for her enthusiasm for life, always on the go, socializing or helping someone in need. She is survived by her son, John Lionato and his wife, Tania of Half Moon Bay, CA.; her daughter, Diane MacGregor and her husband, Michael of Cape Coral, FL; and her granddaughters, Mariella and Grace Lionato. She is also survived by her two sisters, Nancy Chiudina of Southbury and Joan McNamara of Katonah, NY; her friend and companion, Frank Caron of Purdys, NY.; as well as many nieces, nephews; and countless friends whose lives she touched. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her son, Kenneth T. Parisi. Funeral Information A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, June 12th at 10:00am at St. Joseph Church, Brookfield. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Valhalla, NY. The family will receive friends at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Sunday, June 11th between the hours of 4 and 8pm.
