Obituary of Mary Lucy Ely

Mary Ely April 30, 1926 - July 01, 2010 Mary Ely, age 84, of Concord, NC, formerly of Danbury and Bethel, passed away on Sunday, July 1st. She was the wife of the late Robert C. Ely and daughter of the late John and Winnie (McLavitch) Kulich. She was born in Norwalk on April 30, 1926. On February 9, 1946, she married her husband, Robert at St. Joseph Church in South Norwalk. Mary is survived by her two sons, Robert Ely, Jr. and his wife, Patricia of Boonville, NY, and Jack W. Ely and his wife, Mary of Midland, NC. Mary is also survived by four grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. Funeral Information Funeral Services will be held at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Thursday, July 8th at 11:00am. Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday morning between the hours of 9:30 and 10:30am.
