Obituary of Philip B. deFriesse

Philip B. deFriesse January 23, 1977 - August 22, 2010 Philip B. deFriesse, age 33, of Boca Raton, Florida, died on Sunday, August 22nd. He was born in Norwalk on January 23, 1977, beloved son of Edward A. and Dorothea (Christu) deFriesse. Philip worked as a restaurant supervisor in Florida. He enjoyed boating and loved his dog Rosco. He was a loving son, brother and uncle who will be sadly missed. In addition to his father, Edward A. deFriesse and his wife, Donna Lee of New Preston; and mother, Dorothea deFriesse and her partner, Jeff Case of Bridgewater; he is survived by his girlfriend, Jessica Grossman of Boca Raton, FL; his sister, Renee Hyatt and her husband, Hal of Ridgefield; his nephew, Hal Hyatt; and two nieces, Meghan and Tori Hyatt. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral Information A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, September 2nd at 10:00am at St. Francis Xavier Church in New Milford. Burial place will be announced. The family will receive friends at the Brookfield Funeral Home, 786 Federal Road, Brookfield, on Wednesday between the hours of 6:00 to 9:00pm.
