Obituary of Linda C. Mugavin

Linda (Anderson) Mugavin died peacefully on July 17, 2022.

Linda was born in Bronx, NY on February 1, 1949 and was a lifelong New Yorker until she and her husband retired to Hilton Head Island, SC. They lived life the fullest playing many rounds of golf and enjoying life. She recently moved back to CT to be closer to her family.

Linda will be reunited with her husband, Walter, her parents Marge Grimaldi, Robert Anderson, her stepfather George Grimaldi and her son, Sean, in heaven.

She is survived by her daughter Tara (Frank) Artibani, granddaughter Morgan, brother Jimmy (Sara) Grimaldi. She will be remembered fondly and missed dearly by close friends and family.

Visiting hours and a prayer service will be held at Brookfield Funeral Home on Thursday, July 21^st  from 5:00 – 7:00pm.  A private burial will be arranged by the family at her final resting place at Long Island National Cemetery.
