Obituary of Deidre M. Macho

Brookfield – Mrs. Deidre M. (Loughlin) Macho, age 75, of Brookfield died Wednesday August 4, 2021 at Danbury Hospital. She was the loving wife of Robert J. Macho for almost 50 years, having been married September 11,1971.

Mrs. Macho was born June 02, 1946 in Bronx, New York daughter of the late Timothy and Veronica (Giesi) Loughlin. She was retired after working as a Paraprofessional at Whisconier Middle School for many years and was a communicant of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Brookfield. She enjoyed reading and doing crossword puzzles and most of all, spending time with her grandchildren, who she adored.

In addition to her husband Robert, Mrs. Macho is survived by her daughters: Jessica Bothwell and her husband David of Fairfield, Kerry Scrivo and her husband Kurt of Chester and Alison Keating and her husband Brian of Madison, her grandchildren: Finnegan, Piper and Kellan Bothwell, Sophie and AJ Scrivo and Brendan and Caroline Keating and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister: Veronica Singel.

Mrs. Macho’s family will receive relatives and friends on Monday August 9, 2021 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Brookfield Funeral Home 786 Federal Road Brookfield. All attending are asked to please wear a mask.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday August 10, 2021 at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Brookfield. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
