Obituary of Ronald James Guido

Brookfield – Mr. Ronald James Guido, age 72, of Brookfield, passed away peacefully on Saturday March 27,2021 at Danbury Hospital. He was the husband of Sharon A. (Gettings) Guido.

Mr. Guido was born December 8, 1948 in Stamford son of the late Albert and Dorothy (Cicale) Guido. He was retired as an Executive Recruiter and owner of Argus National for many years and was a communicant of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Brookfield. He enjoyed music, cooking and grilling and most of all, spending time with his family, trying to make every moment that they spent with him an experience.

In addition to his loving wife Sharon, Mr. Guido is survived by his children: Ronald James Guido Jr and his wife Pamela of Lake in the Hills, Illinois, Holly Manuelian and her husband George of Franklin Lakes, New Jersey and Michael A. Guido and his wife Kelli of Oak Park, California and his grandchildren: Jack, Matthew, Annabella, Benjamin, Lila, Michael, Ryan and Dominic. He was predeceased by his brother: Lawrence Guido.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday March 31,2021 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Brookfield. All attendees are asked to please wear a mask and observe proper social distancing. All current COVID 19 regulations will be strictly followed. Anyone wishing to attend mass is asked to please register using the link provided on the funeral home website. The Cornell Memorial Home 247 White Street Danbury is in charge of arrangements.
