Obituary of Samphong NGOV
Mr. Samphong Ngov, age 39, of Brookfield, died Friday November 24, 2017 at Danbury Hospital.
Mr. Ngov was born December 20,1977 in Cambodia a son of Chhay Ngov and the late Vandy Song. He was employed as a machinist. Samphong enjoyed fishing, fantasy football and hanging out with his family and friends. He was a dear friend to many and was always the first to offer to help out.
In addition to his Father, Samphong is survived by his siblings: Song K. Ngov of Southbury, Sampho Ngov of Danbury, Samlan Ngov of Kansas City, Kansas, Sengdao Bergmann of Bethel, John Ngov of East Hartford, 17 nieces and nephews and 3 great nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Saturday December 2, 2017 from noon to 2 p.m. at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White St. Danbury. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday December 2, 2017 at 2 p.m. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
Family and friends will assemble at the New Pine Gove Crematory, 850 Meridan Rd., Waterbury on Monday December 4th at 9:00 AM.
