Obituary of Frances J. Gallo

Frances J. Gallo December 19, 1924 - March 27, 2005 Frances J. (Pascuzzi) Gallo, 80, of East Pembroke Road, Danbury, devoted wife of Roser J. Gallo, died at Danbury Hospital on Sunday, March 27th. She was born on December 19, 1924, in Carbondale, PA., daughter of the late Louis and Rose (Esposito) Pascuzzi. She was a parishioner of St. Peter Church, Danbury. Mrs. Gallo worked in production for Berol, formerly known as Eagle Pencil, retiring in 1987. She was Trustee of the local Union at Berol. She was an avid bingo player and enjoyed playing both in Danbury and at their winter home in Welaka, Florida. In addition to her husband of 53 years, Roser, she is survived by her son, Pat Gallo of Columbus, Ohio; her daughters, Barbara Jean Gallo and Joann Hodgman, both of Danbury; her sisters, Rosemarie Fava of Columbus, Ohio, and Lois Generali and her husband Dominic of Danbury. She is also survived by three aunts, Angie Kohout of Clinton Corners, NY , Francis Jocknevich, and Emma Bonner of Danbury; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Michael Pascuzzi. Funeral Information A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 30th at 9:00am at St. Peter Church, Danbury. Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Tuesday, March 29th between the hours of 6 and 9:00pm.
