Janet (Lajoie) DeMici February 09, 1932 - March 14, 2005 Janet Mary (Lajoie) DeMici, 73, beloved wife of 53 years to Rino DeMici, passed on March 14, 2005 at Danbury Hospital. She was born on February 9, 1932 in Danbury. She was the daughter of Sylvio and Grace (Perusse) Lajoie whom she has now met once again in heaven. She was a graduate of Danbury High School and was a lifetime member of the community. She worked as a machine operator for Amphenol for twenty years. She was a parishioner of St. Gregory the Great Church. Janet DeMici was the foundation of her family. She taught love, faith, patience, and the importance of family. She thoroughly was enlightened as to what was most important in her life, family and love. Janet DeMici will be deeply missed until we meet in Heaven once again. She was the adored mother of Gail Null and her husband, Warren of Danbury, and Debbie Bratton and her husband David of New Milford; most loved grandmother of Melissa and Shane Null, Kristen, Sean, and Kelly Bratton. She shines down upon her siblings, Muriel Kolwicz of Danbury, Roland Lajoie of Colorado, Lucille Kearns of Sandy Hook, Shirley Mills of Danbury; as well as many nieces and nephews. Funeral Information A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, March 16th at 11:30am at St. Gregory the Great Church. Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, on Wednesday Morning between the hours of 9:00am and 10:45am.
