Obituary of Mary Ann Cast

Mary Ann Cast June 09, 1928 - November 06, 2013 Mary Ann Cast Mary Ann Cast, formerly of Ridgefield and Brookfield, born June 9, 1928 to Paul J. and Mary (Bible) Sanders in Maplewood, NJ, died peacefully on November 6, 2013 with her family by her side at Danbury Health Care Center. She was predeceased by her husband, Harry Cast and her brother Paul Sanders. She is survived by her son, Bruce Cast and Lisamay Cleary-Cast of Southbury, CT, her daughter, Linda Reddington and Jeff Strang of Brookfield, CT, her grandchildren, Justin and Alyssa Cast and Joshua, Justin and Hannah Cleary of Southbury, and Kimberly and Brian Reddington of Brookfield, CT. Mary was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who lived in Ridgefield for almost 40 years. She worked as a bookkeeper for the Fairfield County Council of the Boy Scouts of America in Ridgefield and Norwalk. The family would like to thank the staff of Danbury Health Care Center for the wonderful care given to Mary for the past five years. Funeral Information A memorial gathering will be held at the United Church of Christ, 283 Main Street North, Southbury on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at 2pm, interment will follow in the memorial garden at the church.
