Obituary of Elizabeth Jean Muffatti

Elizabeth Jean (Wilcox) Muffatti December 08, 1928 - August 08, 2004 Elizabeth Jean (Wilcox) Muffatti age 75 formally of Brookfield, Ct died on August 8, 2004 surrounded by family and friends. Mrs. Muffatti was born on December 8, 1928 the daughter of the late Harrison and Lydia (Paddock) Wilcox. She married the late Anthony Muffatti in 1952 who preceeded her death in 2000. In her early years Mrs. Muffatti worked for the Risdon Corporation. Elizabeth was always known for the love she had for her family. She enjoyed working on crafts and putting together jigsaw puzzles in her spare time. Elizabeth will be sadly missed by her three sons: Clark (Kathy) Reynolds of Enfield, CT, James (Betsy) Reynolds of New Milford, Ct. and Anthony (Karen) Muffatti of Bethel, CT. Two Daughters: Sandra Muffatti of Naples, FL and Lynn (Larry) Potter of New Milford, CT. Three sisters: Eleanor Lucia or Danbury, Lillian Dickens of Ocala, FL. and Claris Warner of Belleview, FL. 9 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Along with her Parents and Husband Mrs. Muffatti is preceeded in death by her brothers: Harrison, Charles, Everette, Frank, and William Wilcox and one sister Lydia Oshea. Funeral Information Friends may call at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street , Danbury, CT on Friday from 11:00 - 12:00 with funeral services at 12:00 at the Funeral Home. Rev. Bobby Gardiner will be officiating and interment will follow at Elmwood Cemetery.
