Obituary of Nancy D. McLarney

Nancy D. McLarney June 05, 1933 - November 16, 2012 Nancy D. McClarney Nancy D. McLarney, 79, of Newtown was welcomed into God's heavenly Kindgom on Friday, November 16th at Danbury Hospital. She was born June 5, 1933 in Apollo, PA, daughter of the Carmello and Mary (Ameno) Manuli. Nancy came from Apollo, PA to New York city on a scholarship to the High School of Performing Arts. She received her Master's in Theology from Regent University and was an ordained minister who worked as a missionary in China. Nancy worked as a teacher and was a member of Walnut Hill Community Church where she was active with the prayer teams. She enjoyed yoga, Pilates, music and dancing. Nancy especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Nancy will be missed by her two daughters, Camille Vaca and her husband Victor of NC and Tara Nygaard and her husband Ben of Brookfield as well as four grandchildren, Marco and Vincent Vaca and Grant and Matthew Nygaard. Funeral Information A Celebration of Life will be held at 3 PM on Tuesday, November 20th at Walnut Hill Community Church, 156 Walnut Hill Rd., Bethel.
