Obituary of Christine M. Coffey

Christine Coffey, 94, passed away on February 20, 2017 at Danbury Hospital, surrounded by her family. Christine was born on July 18, 1922 to the late John and Susan Holick in Danbury. She worked at the Barden Corporation and later worked at National Wholesale until she retired. Christine was loved by many people over the course of her life. She had many friends. She has left us, but she is now a bright light above. Christine is survived by her son, David Peck and daughter, Cathy Peck. She is also survived by a sister, Elizabeth Hughes and her nieces. She was pre-deceased by her first husband John Peck, second husband David Coffey, two sisters, Anna Dunn and Sue Jensen, and a brother John Holick. A special thank you to her friends at C&C in Danbury and those who worked for A&P Superfood. The generosity of everyone was wonderful. Thank you to all who kept her smiling with pasteries and donuts over the years. A private memorial service will be held.
