Chester S. Przewlocki
Chester Stanley Przewlocki, age 84, of Danbury, died unexpectedly on Friday, February 17, 2017 at Danbury Hospital. He was the devoted husband of Patricia (Stanton) Przewlocki.
He was born in Stamford, CT on April 30, 1932, a son of the late Stanley and Helen (Russell) Przewlocki. At the age of 18, he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force; he received certification as an A&E mechanic and an Instrument mechanic and took courses on Tech Instructor and C-1 Auto Pilot. He was honorably discharged in 1954. After the service, he attended the RCA Institute in NYC where he graduated with honors. Chet enjoyed a long career as a technician at Pitney-Bowes, where he was a Past President of the Main Council. His hobbies included square dancing, volleyball, camping and canoeing. In early retirement Chet and Pat enjoyed extensive travel and cruises in Europe and Asia. He also volunteered at the Danbury Senior Center. Chet took great joy in growing vegetables, fruits and berries, and enjoyed being outdoors and was still shoveling snow at age 84! He was a parishioner of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church.
In addition to his beloved wife, Patricia, he is survived by his children: Nityia Przewlocki of Seattle, WA., Craig Przewlocki and his wife, Christee of Sandy Hook, and son-in-law: Willard Seedman of West Hartford. He was predeceased by his daughter, Laura in 1993.

A Prayer Service will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at 5:30PM at the Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White St., Danbury. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4:00 to 7:00PM. Burial will be private.
