Obituary of Robert B. Aldridge

Robert B. Aldridge, age 85, of Danbury. Died peacefully at the Glen Hill Center on Thursday, January 5, 2017. He was the beloved husband of Maria (Coelao) Aldridge. Robert was born in Jackson Heights, NY, on November 20, 1931, the son of the late Aaron and Mary (Coyle) Aldridge. Growing up in Beacon NY he attained the rank of Eagle Scout. As a young man he served his country honorably in the US Navy during the Korea conflict. After the service he began a career in the construction industry where he self trained and became a licensed/registered Architect, an accomplishment he was so very proud of. He is survived by his wife, Maria, his son, Charles Aldridge of Danbury and several grandchildred. To honor Robert's request, there will be no services.
